Copying Red Hat's IPO

There’s a company called LinuxOne, that’s trying to go public soon. The problem is that the company has almost no operating history (total revenue to date: $17,000) and a prospectus that looks almost exactly like Linux powerhouse RedHat. Something doesn’t seem quite right.
