USPS – helps return ecommerce goods

eric fader writes “The US Post Office has taken one of the first steps in solving an ecommerce problem – how does a user return a product? They have a solution where the user logs into their website, selects the merchant, adds the reason of the return, and then the user can print out a prepaid (by the etailer) postage label.” Seems like a pretty good idea on the part of the Post Office. I’m sure some of the other delivery services will follow soon…
