Free internet access for Europe!

Currently internet users in Europe (including the UK) have to pay for all calls, including local calls (per minute). This has been a serious hurdle to increasing the amount people spend a online. Now it seems that a trans-atlantic venture might be willing to absorb the call charges (and still plan on making a profit). This would make internet access in Europe totally free! The big question is can there revenue model absorb the costs.
