Selling Serial Killer's Artwork on eBay

Well, you know it’s a slow news day when articles like this pop up. Apparently, a serial killer has been shipping off his artwork for it to be sold on eBay. In response, the prison is thinking taking away his paints and stuff. This seems a little silly. I can understand not letting him make money, but stopping the painting altogether seems pointless.
