Viacom and CBS

Okay, so this is a big one. We had the rumor earlier in Up-To-Date, but now it’s official: CBS and Viacom are merging. They definitely have a lot of complementary businesses, but I wonder how well they’ll be able to bring them all together. I expect in a year or so they’ll be a few articles talking about how poorly the integration went.
