The devil is in the details, and there are plenty of details in the recent story the Industry Standard is running about NBC’s latest internet moves. It tracks the failure of NBC to buy a stake in Lycos, to the more recent NBCi deal with Xoom.com and Snap. Makes for some interesting reading, though it doesn’t seem to offer much of an opinion on the deal.
