ClueTrain

from the coming-in-to-a-station-near-you dept

A new website, called cluetrain has recently been launched to shove a nice manifesto down everyone’s throat on how to understand this new internet world we’re living in, and how to do business in it. There are definitely some very good, very interesting points in there. There are definitely some points in there that almos every company in the world ought to think about. However, it’s designed in an antagonistic way that’s certain to gain attention and make people sign it and go around talking as if they now get it and are part of some club battling against the evil corporations who don’t get it. The thing that I find the most ironic about the whole thing is that while they talk about letting humans talk on their own behalf, here they are shoving a very static set of points down everyone’s throats.
