It May Be Okay To Own A Sucks Site

Yes, one of the important legal issues of our times may have finally been decided. Is it, or is it not, legal to own a somethingsucks.com site? A new ruling suggests it might be legal if you’re using it for legitimate free speech purposes. In this case, the guy was allowed to keep michaelbloombergsucks.com, because he used to allow people to comment on how much Michael Bloomberg sucks.
