They just want to test your brakes. If you can do 40mph to 30mph in one block then maybe they will make it half a block and see if you can still cope up. If you still can then they will shortened the distance to maybe 20 meters or until you get caught.
MJ is a good product, an excellent invention that will eventually pave way for other great inventions but at $20 a year, please don't rely for it as your all in one telecommunication tool. I mean get a back up or make MJ your back up. A $20 back up phone is perfect especially for travelers.
I do have my main VoIP service from Onesuite but I also have MJ. Everyone needs a back up specially when it comes to VoIP.
I also use Google Voice and its useful from time to time.
Bottom line, don't expect the earth and sky for $20/year.
I got Magic Jack but it was given to be by my brother because he doesn't like it. It still has a few months of service.
I'm using it as a back up with my Onesuite VoIP service so I really can not tell if its good or not.
But I do agree that MJ is breaking the law if they blocked some numbers you want to call. Maybe time to report it to FCC.

Exactly
I don't think they can gather enough evidence to prove someone shared an illegal file/movie/music through P2P.
Another case of ridiculous case
Not sure why this has even gone to trial.
Actually

Geez! Why is everyone is suing everyone these days
And for Pete's sake...Honda was trying to advertise its Save the Earth business plan. Save the Earth foundation actually gains exposure from it.
The worst they could do is ask Honda to stop airing the ads.
Don't rely on MagicJack

Hahaha
They will probably blame it on recession :)
They can sue all they want
But they will or no one for that matter can stop Torrent sites or Trackers from appearing.
