  What Oracle are failing to take into account is on the day that they get a massive $$ award out of google, is the day that java goes from the most used language to the least used.

  It wont be long before the cable providers are begging ESPN to provide as much content as possible. Why ? Because all the channels people want have ditched cable and gone direct to their consumers over the net.

  This is a good thing. For too long bad drm and games have been propped up by pirates, who have turned their poor player experience into good ones.
  
  Now these crappy games will have to stand on their own and compete in a fair manner against games that value their player base.
