This whole dispute is nothing more than a distributor trying to get a better deal from a supplier and vice versa, something that happens every single day in retail. It is only so newsworthy because it is big, bad tax avoiding Amazon.
It is good to see a major artist believing in the CwF+RtB principle. It is a sound principle that will see artists build a loyal fanbase who will buy their work, see their shows and spread the word.
