So I should be barred from reading copyrighted works because I might take some of another author's labor and ideas to write my own work with the hopes of supplanting the existing copyright works??
I have read hundreds of books during my life and certainly many of them have shaped how I approach my writings including possibly even my borrowing phrases or directly copying some concepts, pretty much the same way AI works now.
Obviously if I directly repeat existing works that should be stopped, but that should only happen after the new work is generated and determined to be too similar. You (and others) seem to be suggesting that no one should even look at copyright works if they are considering writing their own work prior to that new work being generated.

As for the reporting portal, if they are interested in teachers pushing "divisive ideology", I think I will be on the lookout for any teacher wearing a cross pendant since there is little more divisive than religious idolatry (especially in the modern US).
If wearing a rainbow pin is "pushing the LGBTQ agenda" then clearly wearing a cross pin would be "pushing the radical Christian agenda".
This sounds like a recipe for hackers to have so much fun! They hack in and post one one pornographic image to even the most staid and respectable company's site and then get the state to file suit for the company not providing age gates.
Of course, since Republicans run the show they wont actually file suit against companies they don't disagree with, but it still would even more openly show how stupid this law is.

If he was scared, he should have immediately gotten out of the situation and gotten a better grasp of what was happening before he went back in. Scared people do dumb things and someone died because of it when they didn't have to.
You don't even need credible evidence to sue since there is little penalty for filing a claim. The law seems written to encourage abuse.

You might not even need to do anything else like show up for court. If you are lucky, the victim doesn't show up and maybe you get a default judgement against them and get a windfall. If nothing else, you make them waste their time showing up for court to avoid that default judgement.
Got a message that my monthly phone bill is going up by $10 a month. But in return they are offering me an extra 15GB a month... our family has never come anywhere close to our current limit, but there does not seem to be any way out of this "Great Offer!(tm)"... :-/

Simple recipe for profiting off this precedence:
1) go to rally by big name person.
2) have friend toss a rock at you.
3) sue person holding the rally for big money.
4) profit.
Probably would help if you were a cop, but that might not be that big a hurdle.
