  I think you are reading the changes in a way that allows you to push an anti regulation argument and you don't offer an alternative.

  A pressure cooker with gasoline is not really a viable bomb. You can soak the gun powder either that would not ignite when tightly packed because it needs oxygen. Fertilizer bombs use fuel oil and don't need to be packed into a metal container.

  The only reason we know about this is because it is public sector in the private sector there is no disclosure to the public.
  
  Really they should not even make this public, but they should monitor the situation to make sure they do not do this.
  
  This is just BS used to smear an important part of the government for political points, something we have enough of.

  They should try to argue that with cell site records the government has a 24 hour lock on your location. Unlike in the previous case where the phone user had purposely used the phone to make contact with someone.

  The big problem is that you have a divided society and everyone wants to feel included. One class is able to pay for seats another for the stream and then another group would have to for go food to see it.
