  I remember I had a stint of a couple of weeks here, where I'd say this in response to everyone and they got really really mad, as if it's a valid TRUTH NUKE when in the hands of Techdirtists but not me. I showed people a mirror and they hated what they saw. BTW if you disagree with this, every accusation is a confession, so you're actually agreeing with me by disagreeing. You are all secretly labor party voters by even looking at this comment and forming thoughts in your head.

  Valid concern. Internet hegemony is a bitch. In the event that it does happen (nothing ever happens) you could probably use a VPN to tunnel into Twitter anyways. I personally recommend Mullvad. Not ideal but there have been plenty of instances of the EU threatening to shut down American social media companies and nothing has happened.

  No, they do it to their own women especially. This was actually one of my "favorite" facts to learn about India; if a woman is widowed for any reason at all, they just straight up kill her in a torture ritual called Sati where they literally burn her to death. A widow can actually abstain from that particular form of Sati (if her relatives don't drag her kicking and screaming to the pyre, ofc) but if she does, she enters a state of permanent mourning where she must always be wearing black clothes, can only eat simple meals, cannot make eye contact with anyone, basically can't do anything or leave the house at all. They do this because no matter what, the widow is always blamed for her husband's death. She is not allowed to remarry. The British tried to civilize India via colonization but I think they should have opted to glass the continent instead. They have no souls.

They spent six years investigating Executive Order 12333 and all that came out of it was a 26 page document describing the EO. They did a report on Section 702 surveillance under FISA (which essentially allows the fed to gather info on you without a warrant) and said that it's totally not a violation of your constitutional rights because it's complicated. For the record, this is a bipartisan committee. In a regular company, if there was an internal committee that was supposed to deliver results and then did not deliver results for multiple years, everyone on that committee would either be reassigned or fired, because it would be a waste of time and money.

  No, you did. Al Goldstein, the man who founded Screw magazine and normalized hardcore porn in the United States, was Jewish. Adam Glasser/Seymore Butts is Jewish and is responsible for something like over 100 famous porn films. Sam Roth, who helped legalize porn as protected speech in Roth v. United States, was Jewish. Soloman Friedman, an actual Jewish rabbi, ran Pornhub for a number of years (and I'm pretty sure he's still CEO, but I'm not sure.) Something I learned from a number of years being an adjunct for a history of religion class is that Judaism is actually way more sex positive than you would think. I could go on but a lot of people who work in porn or helped bring it to the US were/are Jewish. This isn't antisemitic propaganda, this is literally just what has happened over the last 100 years or so.

  I legit believe the GOP as it was pre-Trump will not survive him. They will either fall in line or be expunged. The GOP voter base is pretty fiercely against the kinda Bush-era uniparty at this point and four years is enough to lock that in. Most GOP congressmen are basically fossils anyways, they won't last long. I would personally fly down from Australia and vote for a third Trump term on the condition that he murders Mitch McConnell in broad daylight on the Senate floor.
