Contempt for Legal System

Seems like most of the American Justice System has a contempt for the Justice System. From FBI, CIA, NSA, DEA, they all care nothing about what the judges and legal system says and are rogue agents doing whatever they want.

Don't blame Canada for the crap Harper and the Conservatives are doing. Canadians hate Harper, and he didn't win the election, he stole it. He used the same tactics that Bush used to steal an election. He is Canada's version of Bush.

Harper hates Canada, Canadians, and only cares about lining the pockets of the corporations that support him. He is everything Canadians hate about politics and politicians. He is turning Canada into the same horrible thing America has become.

Punishment for false takedown?

There should be severe punishments for false DMCA takedown notices that include fines and restitution in the millions. Perhaps then we might see some justice and this Copyright abuse stop a bit. But we won't get that, because the government is corrupted by the MAFIAA.

Just end it already

Can we just end all this stupidity already and put an end to Copyright. It's only used for monopolies, control, and censorship. None of those are a good thing. So just get rid of it already so artists are free to be creative and lawyers can go on to do something more useful. Still not sure what that would be.

I'm so sick of Copyright and Patents. These are corrupt ideas enacted long ago that were all about monopolies, and nothing has changed. They don't work, they waste a lot of time & money, and they do nothing to progress society.

Do you want to live in a more advanced world, like Star Trek? Do you want humanity to advance, explore space, discover the inner working of the mind, solve the worst problems of society? That all begins with getting rid of Copyright and Patents.

So let's just put an end to this bullcrap already.

Canada isn't allowed to display cigarettes in stores, and they also have those pictures of all the problems smoking causes. Hasn't slowed down business one bit. If people want to smoke, they'll find a way to smoke. Was the same thing for liquor in prohibition and same in the failed Drug War.

Help End Copyright, Create Millions of Jobs

Viacom CEO made $84.3 million in 2010, twice what he made in 2009. Imagine how many people that could employ (over 2,800). Stop outrageous CEO salaries to help save jobs. Stop allow companies with record high profits to keep lying. Stop lobbying, which is just a form of bribery. Stop using federal agencies as a private industries copyright police. End copyright to help create millions of more jobs and promote creativity.

Enough with the piracy lies

The lies about piracy are just getting old. Ubisoft just doesn't know how to do it right. They are using fear and excuses, the big, bad piracy monster is going to get you if you develop games for the PC. Simply put, it's not true. There are many games on the PC who do great for sales, some who outsell their console counterparts, such as Skyrim, and many who profit while offering their games for free.

Simply put, Ubisoft keeps spewing lies to try to keep up the false notion that PC gamers are all pirates and any one who likes PC gaming must be a pirate who just steals it. This is far from the truth, and many companies, such as Valve, Blizzard, and BioWare, know this.

Piracy is the same boogie man as terrorist, it's simply used as a method to justify their bad behaviour.
