  While technically true, your rights here are limited to what Mike allows, since this is his page. Free speech rights do not apply to private property. Otherwise, I agree with your premise.
  
  Besides, I think it's quite charitable of Mike to allow mentally ill people like OoTB an outlet to express themselves.

  Doesn't this violate the 6th amendment where one has the right to face one's accuser and question them in court? You can't question a machine as a witness.
  
  No, because the machine isn't accusing you. If you don't pay your automated ticket you will be issued a uniform traffic citation (usually for a greater amount) signed by an officer who will be accusing you, using the camera as evidence.

  That depends entirely on what doctors believe. IIRC, Lipitor has been shown to reduce cholesterol, but not overall mortality.
  
  It's one of those instances where we get so wrapped up in correlation we can't see the forest for the trees.
  
  1. People who die of heart disease tend to have high cholesterol.
  2. Cholesterol must cause heart disease.
  3. Drug XYZ reduces cholesterol.
  4. Drug XYZ must stop people from dying from heart disease.
  
  Much like:
  
  1. Places where hurricanes have hit tend to have a lot of construction crews working.
  2. Construction crews must cause hurricanes.
  3. Burning down construction firms reduces the number of construction crews.
  4. Burning down construction firms must prevent hurricanes.
