Do you consider Netflix piracy? I watch a lot of low-budget movies on there, but strangely many are absent. I would think that Netflix would be a gold mine for a low-budget film.

That said, Soundex does work perfectly well in this case.
I mean, if you had seen Tsarnayev on the list for years and a guy named Tsarnaev showed up, you might think "Hey, I've heard that name before haven't I?"
That would require a system that shows them potential matches. I have never heard that the TSA system does something as obvious as this.
(Plus, it would reinforce to the agents the names of the actual dangerous people.)
And I have an algorithm I wrote years ago that blows away Soundex, which frankly isn't very good.
The TSA should hire me. Oh wait, I wouldn't work for them. Oh, well.

My wife was a mystery shopper and was required to carry a digital scale around in the car to weigh purchases.
And most of the copies have removed her 5 seconds, so she no longer has any claims on it. And yet she and the judge appear to be too stupid to realize this.

Exactly. The lawyers were clearly negotiating in bad faith. How is this not cause for disbarment.
During the government shutdown, neither I nor most people I know noticed any difference when the "non-essential" government employees weren't working.
