Hi Wendy, my name is Samantha. I've lived in San Diego for 2 years now and have experienced similar harassment at my apartment in Bay Park, as well as my apartment in Ocean Beach. The noises were commonplace for the area; planes constantly flying over, construction workers, lingering leaf-blowers, you name it. The volume in the room always seemed to go up when I walked in, and dissipate when I left. My boyfriend at the time claimed he heard no change - he never believed anything I'd say regarding being gang-stalked..
I was convinced that I could prove the noise was following me from room to room, so I started a recording on my phone and set it on the counter in the kitchen. Then I walked to the bedroom, bathroom, living room, then back to the kitchen to listen. About 16 seconds or so into the recording, there's the sound of a large plane flying over; specifically on approach - the sound is very distinct, a loud rumble starts high pitch and gradually lowers as the plane lands. I hear the sound start recognizably, then after a few seconds - it cuts out completely! On average, the sound of a plane took 12 seconds to pass over our apartment. Which meant that this plane was either super duper fast and landed in 4.5 seconds, or IT WASN'T A REAL PLANE. It was almost like it had fallen out of the sky! The recording didn't stop when the plane sound did. I heard myself shout "now I'm in the bedroom!" to my phone so I'd know when I was in another area and when I returned to the kitchen. So was this a plane that disappeared suddenly in the middle of landing? Or was it just a fake noise that had been "playing" in the kitchen, then switched off to play the rest of the noise in the room I'd just walked into? All I'm saying is, that my EARS heard the entire landing - my phone in the kitchen, did not.
Unfortunately, I am still a victim of malicious gang-stalking harassment by a group that has not been prosecuted for their horrendous crimes. Trying to find others like me who can relate and try to find a solution. If you still live in the SD area, we should get together to discuss sometime. :)
Never give up. Never give in.
