I think this somewhat hilariously misses the point.
You can use a 3rd party moderator to determine what any of these terms mean. Which is why social media "needs" to be decentralized in the first place. No one is going to agree on a definition for "hate speech", "hate group", etc.
Bluesky gives you the ability to create your own definitions, and ultimately moderate your own content feed with the option to outsource the work if desired.
I guess I could see a problem with the default settings/definitions, but that seems a bit superfluous.
