Your kindergarten crayon drawing of an "argument" doesn't warrant a 400 level college essay response. You made a bunch of claims without any evidence whatsoever, as usual. Let's not pretend that you're interested in authentic engagement or rigorous debate.

Pulling percentages out of your ass doesn't make for a convincing claim. You got any evidence for these beyond the usual "trust me bro, my propaganda sources have me convinced!"? No, of course not. This is from two years ago: https://hsph.harvard.edu/news/poll-majority-of-americans-say-key-covid-19-policies-were-a-good-idea-but-views-of-individual-policies-vary/ Once again, provide proof or get off the pot.

I love that the cult member thinks he's "normal" and knows what other "normal" people think. "You're all in a bubble," he mutters to himself when sticking his head out the window of his dark little bubble.

Which of course leads to a deeper discussion where arbitrary lines have to be drawn. Taking a photo at all involves a depiction of reality that isn't fully authentic. The camera sees things the human eye doesn't. There's all kinds of automatic filtering in modern digital photography, especially with phone photography apps. And that's all before the custom filters you can apply in edit mode after the fact or on Instagram. What is "real" as far as a photograph is concerned? Is blurring out acne an act of dishonesty?

The emperor only ever has the best clothes and if you spread filthy lies to the contrary, then you are clearly an anarchist communist terrorist liberal antifa satanist evil person who hates our country. You probably want want anti-American things like universal basic income, universal healthcare, affordable housing, affordable education, low cost of living, low interest rates, and low gas prices!

Misdemeanor trespass for the most part, actually.
Attempting to disrupt the certification of a election is not misdemeanor trespass. You say "for the most part" like it excuses the fact that for the worst part people were convicted of seditious conspiracy. Convictions that were pardoned by the person who stood to benefit from the overturning of the election.
Mild riot (way less than most BLM riots) at the very worst.
First, even if you were correct, justice and morality isn't relative, so it would still be wrong, but you're also incorrect and full of shit. BLM protests never sought to overthrow the government.
Seriously guys, no one cares about this anymore.
The fact that you don't care about an attempt to overthrow the government by a corrupt authoritarian is just telling on yourself. But also you seem to care a lot that we care.
If you still care 1/6/21, you are a far, far leftist.
Or just a person who actually values the Constitution and rule of law and free and fair elections. You don't even know what far left is. Reagan is "far left" compared to MAGA because of the Overton Window shift.
You mean….such as the Biden administration did routinely, all the time?
Again, let's pretend you're correct for a second. It still wouldn't make it okay. Why are you morally okay with the Trump Administration being only as bad as the next guy instead of wanting it to be much better? Wait, don't answer that. We already know. Your sycophantry knows no bounds, even including embracing bullshit that is to your own detriment.

Awesome, we have a (albeit stupid as fuck) assertion. Now you get a chance to provide evidence, or in your case "ever dense." Prompt questions for the LLM you get to think for you: If socialism is bad, why are public roads a thing? Or the existence of the internet? Or publicly-funded cancer research? Or publicly-funded fire departments? Do you want to pay more for roads and fire protection? Do you want your rare disease to not have a treatment because you're not personally wealthy enough to solely fund research for a cure? You realize you pay taxes, right? You contribute a small amount of your income (so small you're not paying for the amount you benefit from, much less for anyone else) and we bundle that up to pay for shit individuals can't afford themselves. And we don't raise the cost just because some selfish asshole whose boots you lick wants a bigger cut because having more than everyone else still isn't enough. You're a parasite cheering on bigger parasites while you starve to death for their benefit.

    MrWilson ( profile ), 30 Jul, 2026 @ 09:58am

This is the eternal problem. We end up coming up with bandaids because we can't get real solutions in place. And some people oppose the bandaids on the principle that we should implement the real solutions, even though that is more difficult. Bandaids are necessary to stem the bleeding and sometimes they're the only solution that happens, but "perfect is the enemy of good" and all that. A good example is can refunds. Homeless and poor people collect cans to get the refunds. People complain about homeless people digging in the trash for cans or milling around stores that offer the refunds. It wouldn't be necessary if we had universal basic income, affordable housing, free drug treatment programs, jobs programs, mental health care, universal health care, etc. But people don't want to spend money on those, so it's can collection and everything that comes with it. Basic internet access should be a free service and recognized not just as a human right but as a necessary service in order to get even the most basic services in our society. The phone tree now tells you to check the website and chat with the AI chatbot on the website. Some websites even tell you to use mobile instead. Government benefits programs are increasingly online. But Senator Grifter got a lot of money from Comcast in his last election bid, so here we are.

Glad to see the ignorati breaks his silence to let us know that measles are a-ok! How dare anyone complain about preventable diseases spreading and compromising the health of our neighbors?!? I have a right to knowingly infect other people! Who says I can't drink and drive? Nuclear reactor in my basement! FREEEDOM!!! If you don't want to experience responsibility, you can just leave society. And you won't hear anyone complain, both because you'll be out of earshot and everyone will being cheering.

  • Judge: DOJ Undid Its Attempt To Bully Portland Police Because AG Harmeet Dhillon Tweeted Thru It

    MrWilson ( profile ), 29 Jul, 2026 @ 11:52am

The irony here is that PPB is the last organization in Portland that would support leftists, protestors, and moral human beings over right wing fascists. PPB has a history of tipping off Proud Boys and giving them free rein on the streets. The original consent decree was because PPB seems to love to assault or kill anyone experiencing a mental health crisis, exactly the people MAGA would cheer getting stomped. They used Proud Boy memes in their training slides. This is the Trump DOJ claiming that fascist cops aren't fascist enough.

Nah, MAGA is a moral health issue. Any mental damage they experience as a result is self-inflicted and voluntary.

  • Protester Charged With Destroying Property After Giving CBP Agents His GrapheneOS ‘Duress’ Mode Passcode

    MrWilson ( profile ), 28 Jul, 2026 @ 06:36pm

The main thing I was trying to point out is that the phone absolutely did not unlock nor give access to whatever data.
Well, by your own description, it is unlocked in the sense that the agents could do the factory reset to get full access to a GUI on the device. It didn't give them access to his data, but that's beside the point. They entered the duress code. They could have also chosen factory reset. It's not what they wanted, but they had the power to do so. And the charge doesn't reflect a failure to unlock the phone, so it doesn't really matter anyway.

  • Protester Charged With Destroying Property After Giving CBP Agents His GrapheneOS ‘Duress’ Mode Passcode

    MrWilson ( profile ), 27 Jul, 2026 @ 10:32am

If nothing else, the technicality that he didn't enter the code himself means that they destroyed the property, not him. And despite the data being deleted, it did unlock the phone and provide them access to what was on it when it rebooted, so he did comply. But yeah, [insert I should buy a boat meme with "I should install Graphene OS" free advertising here].

  • Court Partially Reverses Trump Attacks On Law That Tried To Make Sure Broadband Deployment Isn’t Racist

    MrWilson ( profile ), 27 Jul, 2026 @ 09:56am

It doesn't really matter at this point. The damage has been done, which was the point. Musk got more of his subsidies. The people got screwed. Local non-profits and server providers lost funding and went under or severely cut back. Matching funds were lost. Millions already spent in anticipation of the infrastructure needed to utilize more funding were wasted. But hey, at least those undeserving poors didn't get broadband or digital literacy training or better access to quality education! Only the undeserving wealthy get those!
