I bought a John Deere belt last week , first time it was used it broke . I took it back and they said it doesn't look like a new belt, it looks used and old . They refused to exchange it under their no question 30 day warranty. I got kicked out I got loud but didn't swear. I didn't have my receipt but when I called the home office they pulled it up on the computer. They mentioned the no question refund. The guy first told me I wasn't even in the store on Sat. Then I might have bought it but that one ain't it. I don't pay full price for anything. If it wasn't for my friend needing to use it I would have hyst paid $9.00 on eBay in stead of $39.99. I will go to small claims court not for an exchange but a full refund..... everybody ought to use eBay and put these middle man thugs out of business. And use the air own contractors...!!!
