  As stated in the article "but in different regional areas," so how can the DMCA apply if either area is outside the USA where no such law may apply. once again America forcing its law on the world. I hope facebook are ordered to put the page back be interesting to see what happen.

  let me point something out to all American citizens some of you know this but ICE apologists don't. USA laws are for USA not the rest of the world ICE have no right taking domain names based in other countries or to force their laws on the rest of the world. Something some appear to have forgotten.

  you can download from Spotify as much as you want with a subscription I have no problems moving that around to the car or the radio station if i want to use it on air.

  the question I would ask here is, is the case public? are the public allowed in is their a reporter in the court? if so then I can see he has done nothing wrong. as the public / reporter have probably said something similar.
