As I understand it all of mp3 offered a generous 50/50 split. The labels and copyright people turned them down tough on them.
i sent this to a blind friend i await her reaction. But as usual getting books in a format the blind can understand is pushed to the back. The industry stinks.
arnt the major lables the ones who sued kids grans through the RIAA mmm i just got back from a seminar with Richard Steelman so il quote his words after a questtion on music labels " They want destroying". i dont mind helping.
As stated in the article "but in different regional areas," so how can the DMCA apply if either area is outside the USA where no such law may apply. once again America forcing its law on the world. I hope facebook are ordered to put the page back be interesting to see what happen.
mmm why are the Dutch doing the work in a foreign country I assume here the RIAA andMPAA have something to do with it in which case as stated earlier IT NOT IN AMERICA SO second word off.
these contests are everywhere and nobody ever complains i would love to know the winner though. hope citidal get costs on this teach them a lesson.
let me point something out to all American citizens some of you know this but ICE apologists don't. USA laws are for USA not the rest of the world ICE have no right taking domain names based in other countries or to force their laws on the rest of the world. Something some appear to have forgotten.

i saw this earlier tonight and wondered how long before the BBC sue for infringement.
the problem was that a newspaper published her tweets for some reason she complained the word idiot springs to mind.
first thing I would do is post it on any and all sites I can think of as to the law its an ass also American and I ain't there.
the question I would ask here is, is the case public? are the public allowed in is their a reporter in the court? if so then I can see he has done nothing wrong. as the public / reporter have probably said something similar.
