  I don't mean to be flippant but what is the value of a legal scholars opinion on what is or is not legal, when the SC is willing to revisit any previous ruling, use the shadow docket to muddy precedent, and 2/3 are completely willing to give Trump a pass at every opportunity? In any sane world, yes this analysis would have value.
