Alex Jones broke the terms of service for a number of websites, so he lost his right to use them. The 1st amendment only applys to the government censoring or restricting your speech, not a private corporation. I know you didn't mention it specifically, but a lot of people misunderstand it.

IE was never decoupled from Windows. If you "remove" IE, all it does is remove the visible traces. It's still there, since so much of the OS relies on it.

Lying to the federal government, even if you're not under oath, carries a penalty of up to 5 years in prison. Lying under oath, aka perjury, is a different, but similar crime. In practice though, That One Guy's response below is most likely what would happen.
