  You know, all of these bills reveal Blumenthal as one thing: he does not respect children. Or any minorities of that matter. For a Democrat, Blumenthal is pretty damned prejudiced. He comes across as extremely patronizing towards children, treating everyone as if he has a higher IQ level. And the solution is always this: to reenact the Allegory of the Cave by locking children (16 & under) in his cellar and force them to watch shadow puppets on loop. If Blumenthal truly did “think of the children,” he shouldn’t be pumping out shit like this.

  Jeez, with that attitude, you’re essentially allowing Earn It to pass. Not to say that it’s not okay to worry shitless, because it is. This was highly expected that Earn It would pass out of committee, but there is a silver lining to it. The bill was voted out of committee unanimously, but There were legit concerns raised by five senators, four Democrats and a Republican. If they are true to their word, then that means that Earn It could face a slowdown of momentum, giving more time for the opposition to strengthen. Plus Blumenthal made a fatal mistake of admitting that Earn It is an attack on encryption, which he might as well thrown in the smoking gun before a judge. His words would be used against him. This is all hypothetical, but there is room for hope.

  Section 230 doesn’t enable bullying. It enables content moderation, a tool that can be used to combat bullying. If section 230 didn’t exist, there’s a possibility that you wouldn’t be able to puppet the musings of a wet fart. You can literally read section 230 for less than two minutes and understand it seamlessly. It’s 26 words long. But I imagine it’s hard to read something when your head is so far up your ass. So piss off and quit wasting your time trying to be a devil’s advocate, you blissfully ignorant dumbass.
