I am not one who is scared of Donald Trump. The people who surround him? They scare me.
Dang it. Tried posting an image. Just list this as spam.

Disney: “Oh no, the consequences of my actions.”
As a huge fan of museums (and for someone who wants to go through the Smithsonian), this hurts my soul deeply. I… I think I’ll cling closely to my history books.
Credit Card Companies: “Oh no, the consequences of my actions!”
“All Americans are equal, but some Americans are more equal than others.” -GOP
The Atlantic: Sometimes a Camp is a Camp.
You do realize that Kagan and Jackson also dissented, right?
So you approve people being abducted and force them to live in a foreign prison or concentration camps without any hope of escape or legal process? And yes, I do mean people. Not just migrants, not just immigrants, but citizens, people who not just lived here for a lifetime, but born here, as well. ICE has shown to not only be incapable of distinguishing between immigrant and citizen, but makes no effort to do so. That is not justice, it’s the pure opposite.
It’s important to note that the actual case is far from over. It is still pending appeal and still will be heard. So there is a chance that this ruling could be reversed. So it’s not a done deal. Having said that… WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK SCROTUM? How heartless do you have to be to see what these bastards are doing and actively reward their cruelty. This massive fuck up is going to hurt so many people in the meantime. It’s going to be up there with Citizens United as one of the worst things that the Supreme Cunts have ever delivered.
In my professional opinion, the Republicans are using an effective legal strategy of the Double Standard.
Sorry I got confused. Legit though Gavin Newsom was nominated for the FCC for a split second. =p
So you approve the government knowing everything about you be compiled in a database that could be easy to be abused or hacked?
“One AI to rule them all.”
I think you’re underestimating the resilience of the Internet. Not gonna sugarcoat it, TAKE IT DOWN is bad, it’s going to potentially do a lot of damage… but it’s not going to be the end of the internet. I’ve said time and time again, I hate it when someone brings up “The End of the Internet” or something along those lines; it really trivializes and exaggerates genuine issues that happens on the Internet and it just breeds hopelessness. I’m not saying that TAKE IT DOWN is not really a threat, because it is. But is it going to wipe the Internet clean? Highly doubt it. What will actually happen? Will it be taken to court? Will it actually be enforced? No clue, nothing is certain, and that is fine. But most importantly, do not conflate your happiness with good or bad political news. Trust me, it will help you.
Ah yes the third house of the Legislature. The senate, the House, and Congress. =p
DOJ: “We did it, Patrick! We saved the city!”
Ah yes, the potent legal argument of “Idonwanna.”
The difficulty in UN treaties is to implement those very treaties into enforcing law. Just getting enough nations to sign on is the easy part. Those seventy-two nations would still have to enact legislation to ensure their part in the treaty would be honored. Say if the United States does agree to implement the Cybercrime Treaty, there’s also having 2/3 of the senate agree to ratify the treaty, and then have the senate also enact legislation accordingly. Getting a country to agree to a treaty is the easy part. It’s setting that treaty to practice is what’s hard.
