They could do that, but the date of filing would remove the " it took eight years for this to be approved" argument. Plus any prior art that showed up in the time that the initial patent was approved would be revelant

Value Added

The point is that you charge more for added value. Taking away a feature and then charging for it is like raising the price on an by 100 dollars and then advertising it on sale for 100 dollars off. You have added no value and anyone who knows what is going on will know you are ripping them off.

No it is not. Did Assange suddenly become the head of a government? Make secret treaties? Had the ability to supress the information from newpapers? If the information is taken the state would control the release. Try to troll a little better than that.

The whole thing sounds made up to me. If it were true the person who sent out the letter would be fired for helping people evade security checks.

Wrong, Fair use exists because copyright is a monopoly granted by the government representing the citizens to promote a specific outcome. Fair use is the public's compensation for that monopoly.
Second, If I see an interesting full article check out the site because they may have more articles I like.

Rubber bands

They are rubberbands cast in different shapes. They are popular with grades school kids and have been bannned from school classrooms because the students trade them during lessons. I have gotten them from Walgreen's CVS and Target.If there is any difference between them I would be suprised. As for who makes them they all say made in China.

I was following this on Krebs Security. The virus is has been spread by flash drives so even if there is no connection to the internet the system can become infected. Iran's nuclear facilities are supposed to be infected.
