  They need to focus on the fact that the ebayer is selling a product that is ilegal in some states and shut them down that way. I know of few ebayers that sell such "ilegal in some states " items with a wink and a nod, "check local laws before buying...wink,wink..."

  exactly. I was going to make this comment then I found yours. i used to take art in high school and would make all sorts of "concert" t-shirts with silk screening. As long as they were for my use and not for sale nobody could do anything. It was funny when I would wear a home made shirt to a concert and the t-shirt sellers would wig out and ask where I go the shirt since they were not selling them.

  You mean "Yet another box to hook to my tv". i have an Xbox 360, a media PC and my Uverse box. How many more do I want to add to the mix? None. I am out of HDMI ports on my receiver and that is all I use. No HDMI, no joy at my house.

  Correct. I will fight for their right to exist because once the government gets rid of them, the southern baptists and Catholics are next. If you succeed in empowering the removal of rights that you personally might not like, your right will be so much easier to remove as well.

  Exactly, I fired Comcast and hired AT&T. I pay for the ten meg package and my netflix on demand loads in about two seconds and never stops to buffer, unlike comcast where it would have to buffer several times during the same movie.

  that troops were being housed in parts of Houston that had regained power. Against our will. It was on, reminded me of a Halo match. before any of you n00bs claim that troops would win quickly, remember...Marine training is the gift that keeps on giving.
