  But but but he totes had the flags at half staff to pander about the Pulse massacre saying that hate of the LBGTQ^&^%&^%^&^ group wouldn't be tolerated in a state where they tried to ban "gay" books, saying "gay", making it a crime to take a child to drag queen story time & revoking parental rights.... And somehow this asshole still has support as he can't even manage to keep his outrages in line. 'Merkia where reality, logic, common sense are just words in a dictionary.

  No report, no legal seizure. They shouldn't be allowed to try and fix the problem afterwards & courts should be returning cash with interest from those who were extorted. They can't even follow the most basic rules about highway robbery that would give them cover, fsck em. Perhaps blowing a hole in the budgets might raise more questions in the minds of Kansas voters about is this program what they were told it would be or if its just allowing the cops to rob people. But until it happens to them many of those voters appear to enjoy being ignorant of reality.

  I heard on some media that they had sent the termination letter & then never heard anything back. The studio is trying to claim it was filmed before the date, family claims it was not. The studio would have have like 2 months to be the only ones to negotiate to reup the rights then the door opens for others. Mind you 2nd hand info from a news channel so YMMV, mostly I am just happy to see copyright causing agony for one of the legacy players who helped make it such a shitshow in the first place.

(stares at the long list of dead college students who were "invited" to become informers or have their lives destroyed over a little pot who somehow ended up dead as they pushed them to get bigger fish that they were unprepared to handle & given no support... hell half the time they claim they weren't working for them despite evidence making it clear).

  I would like someone to explain how even 30K for downloading a single work makes any sense, isn't ridiculous & unconstitutional. Even in the imaginations of lost sales, the lost sale was $30 (just for simplicity), demanding damages 1000 fold makes sense & doesn't seem crazy? The next question is how can a troll abuse this "court" to just get names? Lets look at the MM model shall we, they file a small claims get persons name for 1 work, then win or lose they can then bring an actions in real court because MM works are always packed in large groups & they already have "proof" the target got 1 so as its a combo package they got them all. I feel sick to my stomach that I was able to do that so quickly... i need a shower.

  "look like he was doing something without actually having to do anything." Which is pretty much how all of DC seems to run these days. Every hearing is open mic night for soundbites, flat out lies are never challenged & repeated, & its party over others lives. One does wonder if he has as many unfilled positions as Trump did at the same point in time. One also wonders why the guy who tried to destroy USPS, meddle with election ballots arriving, and has huge flaming conflicts of interest is still in the job. But hey we found someone who isn't fully bought, so lets throw her to the wolves to distract them while we do fuckall on everything else. This in no way will influence good people to just slam down the phone when they are called to serve. They will be vilified, their character attacked on baseless claims, and be asked ignorant questions like what is a woman, when does life begin, why do you like pedophiles, didn't you one time kick a puppy... Pretty sure no matter how much they could help us that that is no way to attract the best and brightest. Meanwhile those with horrid track records seek the jobs and manage to breeze through... its almost like the corrupt won't feed on their own (well until their check is late or they need someone to scapegoat). The nation is barely functioning, important positions unfilled perhaps its time to stop hoping decorum and so on will win the day. The FCC is not properly staffed because big business is spending a lot to throw mud on the nominee & magically we can't get a hearing because those big businesses also write campagin checks. Shame caring about the voters seems to be way down on their list of things they care about. The ATF doesn't have a leader, the only reason I can see is political grandstanding. We all know politicians lie, but my god this has gotten out of hand. Jan 6 was just a tourist visit... if I had kids and they told me a whopper like that they'd have trouble sitting for a long while and lose most of their toys... instead more money is given to these liars who don't seem to care about truth so long as they "win" even at the expense of the lives of their voters.
