  NITA should just walk into the hearings with how much each telcom pac has given the members at the hearing on big ole signs. The law was passed like this by congress, so we aren't sure why we were here... so we look for reasons why a hearing might be called and well I guess that these numbers explain why we are here today, appeasing corporate masters, instead of helping citizens.

  In keeping with what the defense attorney claims, then the officers should have no issue with subpoenas being served on them to access their phones to make sure they haven't retained any of the images in this case. The fact they are going to turn up pics of cops getting head to not write a ticket (on the one hand) and most likely CSAM (on the other hand) they shouldn't have put these things on their phones if they didn't want them to be found, shared, and used to prosecute them. The same citizens who will demand that everyone at a high school go to jail because a boob pic of their kid was passed around, see nothing wrong with this and that should scare us all. Yeah we collected the nudes from the teens & then uploaded them on the shared drive everyone could access, but its not our fault they shouldn't have taken those pictures if they didn't want adults jerking off to them & trying to catch them in traffic stops to get some of that for themselves.

  Because we all know the best terrorists are under the age of 10, she was obviously highly trained to come into the US and destroy us because they hate our freedoms (that she as a US citizen is entitled to but were stripped away because some jackass thinks he saw a mole). Our highly touted freedoms aren't actually freedoms when portions of the country are places where they can be suspended at a whim, when a 9yr old can be interrogated & terrorized into a false confession, when an agency can ignore its own policies & safeguards. US citizen kidnapped at border, held without being allowed any assistance, not only were her rights violated but she was subject to coercion & threats to obtain a false result to support a predetermined outcome some jackass with a badge wanted to reach. Technically I guess the country is safer, if this leads to that officer being fired & barred from any position of power over other citizens moving forward... but that shit never happens.

And KBI has been useless but then the AG is busy suing other states to focus on it. I wonder what the Colorado Bureau of Investigation found before they closed ranks praying that this would just blow over.

  Something to consider... Perhaps we should take moment to look at the CalvinBall being played in nearly every circuit & ask ourselves the question... Perhaps listening to the Federalist Society about who should be on the bench is a bad idea. I mean Boeing only had to crash, what 3 planes, before we started to ask if perhaps there might be something wrong in there... (looks at the 5th Circuit) we're way beyond 3 here... perhaps its time to get to the bottom of the problem.
