  The problem with your argument is that you're ignoring the word 'valid.' No, the cameras cannot be used to ambush the police, because they don't deal with the cameras until the scene is secured. Meaning nobody is around and capable of ambushing them as you suggest. They have no right to take the recording of the search, regardless of whether it would help 'better prepare' the 'perp' next time. The 4th Amendment does not permit the government to just take or destroy whatever they want. If they want the footage, they need a fucking warrant for it. You are wildly incorrect.

  Violating someone's Constitutional rights is certainly unreasonable. You should read the various links within the article and educate yourself on why this is protected speech, and the precedents handed down by SCOTUS over the years. I'd suggest you start here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cohen_v._California It doesn't matter whether the sign lacks political 'value' in your eyes. It's expressive speech and 110% protected by the 1A. Speech doesn't need to be a compelling argument to be protected. Just like "Fuck the Draft." As a fellow independent, your position and ignorance on this subject is embarrassing.

  The only reasonable response here, is that if cops destroy your house and the courts tell you 'too fucking bad,' then you destroy theirs.

  Is that a crime? Probably. Would I give a shit that my retaliation would be illegal if my only real source of equity was destroyed by dipshits in uniform? Nope.

  The WSB mods had repeatedly asked Discord for help because of the number of members, and the fact that the automated moderation tools were not able to keep up with the server traffic. To allege that the mods were complicit is categorically false. If you're going to lie, at least have the nuts to put your name behind your lies.

  One of the expressly-mentioned purposes of the Constitution is to provide for the common defense.

  What happened in D.C. today? Hearings on bullshit conspiracy theories regarding fictitious election fraud. GOP "Senators" spreading nonsense unsupported by facts.

  The actual fact that our Government was hit by a massive hack orchestrated by one of our primary enemies? No hearings. No comments. No consequences.

  I say this as someone who is unaffiliated with any political party, and who never has been registered or participated in a political party in his life:

  Our leaders need to be replaced. Completely. D.C. needs to be purged of every last politician who doesn't take their Oath seriously. Right now, that largely means starting with the GOP. They are too busy trying to suck Trump's mushroom than PROTECTING OUR NATION.

  I think these cops should consider themselves lucky that the only thing they're facing is a lawsuit.

  I imagine plenty of people, should this scenario have occurred to their loved one, would avoid bothering with the courts entirely and have taken retribution into their own hands.

  And I wouldn't convict any of them for doing so.

  His tweets have violated their ToS hundreds of times over the last 3 years. Anyone else would be banned, so treat him the same.

  At the same time, inform the US Government that any other account used to violate their ToS repeatedly, whether "official" or otherwise, will also be terminated.

  Youtube is shit.

  I've been reporting a profile for violating Youtube's hate speech rules. The profile name is "I hate niggers" and includes two videos referring to African-Americans as the same, as well as one calling them 'coons.'

  Five times I've reported this profile. Five times Youtube hasn't done a damn thing.
