Way to leave out all the cost savings that will be experienced by moving all DoD cyber initiatives under a single umbrella.
You should look at the current combined numbers for infrastructure, sourcing, and contracting. Decreasing the overlap will undoubtedly save mad loads of money (to be technical) in the long term. And I can only hope their function is primarily offensive, those jobs sound like ridiculous amounts of fun.
Dear Ms. Mcsherry,
I realize you are a lawyer and located on Wilshire Blvd. But it is in California, where putting 'Esquire' after your name makes you look as douchetastic as the person you are responding to.
Unless of course you are Bill S. Preston, Esquire.
their efforts a month ago resulted in this

their most recent efforts will result in more of the same, probably even more effective permanent fixtures. Put up walls and tunnels will be dug.
It works like any physical locker does.
You put your stuff in there, and if you wish to give other people access you may.
I bet public storage has a lot of illegal goods in their units, we should probably shut them down. Or does this logic not apply IRL?
Maresca's phrase has no "out," if you will
maybe to encourage defense for whichever team the Washington Wizards are playing?
Or is that more of a reach than your altering that facilitates an obscure reference to old ivory soap commercials (while another convoluted attempt at humor, it would not even be the trademarked phrase, thus not an "out" to begin with)?
I would recommend blocking all voice and data traffic to and from this judge while they have the hood up. To prevent the bribery of government officials and such, because they have a responsibility...
I concur with the AC.
I believe it is the only writing style Cush is capable of based of his current body of techdirt posts.
Many (if not all) of my comments on his early posts were to point this out, and that it was very much being force fed rather than just laying out the facts from with which to draw an opinion.
If I sell counterfeit jerseys. And ICE comes and takes my sign that says "GetYourCounterfeitJerseyHere.com". I would not feel wronged, I would feel that I got off easy. They didnt take my product or my store, just my sign. It's more akin to government sponsored vandalism than it is police work.
That aside, it is only about the shield. These are clearly not sites merely discussing or furthering the discussion of official NFL shielded jerseys. Nor is the NFL supplying these folks with pre-release jerseys to increase the hype, and then sending the dogs.
stop me if i am retarded,
If it is only encrypting 10% of the users, then the publishers will see a maximum 10% drop in lost referral data.
Not cool, but is it still "antitrust" at only 10%?
Why bother having any values at all if you consider life saving medications Intellectual Property?
whether the prices achieved adequately value patents
How about right after we create an appeals process for whether the patent and price achieved adequately value the taxpayer funding?
If individual website operators have this responsibility, than that system should be easy enough to game. Misappropriating comments to famous and high ranking british people on the internet will be too easy and much more fun if you can get them hassled IRL for said comments.
NSW Police said it was not taking any further action on this matter. "There was no criminal offence committed and the company in question has been informed of the outcome. It was more a case of a civic-minded person reporting a potential security breach."
At least their cops can realize that no crime has been committed and cease pursuit in a fairly expedient fashion.
Reports are that the CEO is backing down and wants to 'talk' to him now.

gigantic 1990 style ascii image combined with 1990s meme. I think you could all learn to appreciate the classic arts as much as the content filter that let this one through.
TD certainly needs a section for celebratory posts so that we can readily identify the companies and individuals seemingly* fighting the good fight.
Maybe update this to something a tad more technical than email:
"current time zone information, which comes from tips sent by volunteers through an email list."
maybe a blog like this where they could connect with fans by always being sold out of T-shirts :)
ASCAP and BMI forces the licensing of pretty much every audible sound just in case it might violate.
Microsoft forces the licensing of the O/s just in case it might violate.
so....Microsoft licensed Android devices should make Microsoft liable to ASCAP and BMI for the music they may potentially broadcast because of the flaw that allows audio out.

The rejection is kind of odd in form, but just because they wont give you the number to every desk of every individual is not the great injustice being painted.
AIR-FRESHNER
is what my mind corrects it to as well; but while it is misspelled, it is not the name of anyone involved.
Re: Re:
I happen to feel that "defensive cyberweapons" are the fantasies of overpaid log readers.
..and yeah your probably right, Stuxnet did sound like the work of script kiddies.
..and that replacing your o's with 0's is not indicative of sufficient experitise.
