  Upon exhuming the body "they" determine that the casket is deteriorated and "they" replace it.
  
  I'll be the skeptic for the other side and think that the funeral parlor misled the plaintiff into believing the casket destroyed with the intent of profiting off the item themselves.
  
  Think they can just replace and sell off old tombstones or mausoleums, maybe some bonus ashes? If you cant profit off of the momentos that people purchased for their deceased loved ones, whats the point of running a chop shop?

  I give you more credit than to think you were comparing them to the no name ones that come on the Starter Kit at WalMart, and doubt Chicago is full of too many Chinese knock offs.
  
  You are more than welcome to have an affinity for their strings, but I assure you it is not because they are "sick good". And I would be damn shocked at the individual who could name the brand of string being played on any recording of any length by audio cues alone.

  if I gave you an acoustic A string from each and said tell me which manufacturer this came from, I doubt you could pick out the so called "sick good" one.
  
  I'd rather go with a manufacturer who has better things to worry about, and better logic than "we spent .005% of our revenue on lawsuits and they were not fruitful, so we are going sign on to some random censorship bill that we do not thoroughly understand."

  No, its just not malicious, nor is it DoD wide. I was merely pointing out the hype, not defending.
  
  -also pointing out that this is like the 3rd WebSense related post, in hopes that the glaringly obvious is at least considered before posting, as it feels really dirty trying to find some wider conspiracy or use this as a defense for any stance at all.

  Individual DOIMs get to establish filters based on local traffic, so saying "all of DoD is blocked" is most always hyperbole (lest we are discussing the common vices).

  AC, did you really just suggest that Amazon might be liable because someone said "they are selling a product similar to ours?"
  
  Maybe then most stores start opting on the side of caution rather than get sued? kind of like a DMCA for actual physical goods?
  
  And what store manager gets to determine whether the item infringes, does he get a copy of the original patent to review? I hope its the night shift, then my chocolate rectangle dominates the candy aisle.

  There are many small changes like flat seams and raising the mound that make comparing generations more ridiculous than it already is. Not to mention inherent flaws like the AL and NL having different rules. Moreover, if you have 30 teams and 6 divisions how can you not divide them up evenly?
