  in this day, a congressional rep reading physical letters from 200 constituents that were not boilerplate, and realizing the common underlying issue, is something that would get my attention.

  if you think its all about cheaters you should bet all your points against the kid with turbos and no x axis on Tiger Woods. Moreover, you are playing on a system that would allow an analog stick with 10-bit precision to compete against one with 8-bit precision. Let me know when you get that even playing field in Pubs.

  Who is left to enforce the shutdown if they just turned the net back on? Are they worried of the fines they will incur from a cabinet that does not exist or punishment from a regime that is days away from done? Seems one of those ISPs could purchase some of the wandering military defenses to defend the HQ and go rogue.
