Our policy is to give preference to papers submitted by heroin addicts and people suffering from brain worms
While we're wringing our hands about conflicts of interest, perhaps the repubs could have a look-see into Elmo deciding which govt contracts are cut, then his sugar daddy awarding him gazillion$ in govt contracts.
When will these lame-ass Dems read the room? The base is fed up with the "moderate" Dems that don't get the Repubs' only agenda is to give Trump more power.
I’ll admit it. I left the twit because it was making me feel intellectually inferior. To know any argument I might advance could be crushed with just a few keystrokes in reply by astute commenters such as Catturd or whoever translates Ultra MAGA Trump Gal’s thoughts from the original hillbilly gibberish. And others, I suspect, have some sort of relationship with Putin. Just a guess.
Still waiting on the FT opinion piece advocating destroying the supply chain as a sold strategy to revive US auto manufacturing. ...any day now
Foreign sales are were nearly one-half of Tesla sales. Curious, if Tesla can make it pissing away one-half of its revenue?
Is the $TSLA board finally figuring out Elmo is the Titanic and they are the band?
Considering Trump sucked at the teat of Roy Cohn for years, he would know unethical lawyers when he sees one
Trump handed out intelligence to Lavrov and Kislyak like they were peppermints
And, by chance, if any SD HS grads are literate, they will make a beeline out-of-state for college.
If it provides any solace, it appears Elmo is father of several kids he goes nowhere around
Rough back-of-the-envelope est is ESPN/ABC is locked into ~$4B/yr in sportsball contracts. To make it worse, NBA ratings are down 5% this year. So losing even 700K subscribers is going to leave a mark
I have very low expectations of the GOP, so my criticism is aimed at the Dems. Why aren't they flooding every possible media with the practical realities of Trump2.0? No more limp language. Fed. govt. is one of the largest employers in many red districts. Tell the constituents, "When Elmo is done, your district will be looking at 7% UE." "Shutting USAID will force US farmers into bankruptcy.” “Get ready for grandma to move in when Medicaid cuts close her assisted living facility." And last: "Where are the f**kin' eggs?"
The strongest reason for moderation, as Elmo has discovered, is to protect your advertising revenue.
Brexit was the act of jumping out of a plane, then debating what we should do about a parachute. Tik Tok has many of the same qualities
I've owned media companies. There is always somewhere else. X is still losing ad revenue and Elmo is still losing $$ hand over fist. If he wasn't, he wouldn't be whining about ad "boycotts" https://www.socialmediatoday.com/news/x-formerly-twitter-shares-q5-marketing-tips/735593/
Since FB makes nearly all of its money from advertising, how will this be affected? In reality, little may change in FB but if advertisers perceive changes that put their message in a bad environment, or they start getting negative blowback from consumers, will they go running to the doors like they did with Elmo?
For voters to make clear to their state representatives that communities should have as much right to build ISPs as Comcast.
Sorry Elon and Donald, truth is an absolute defense against defamation.
Seeing how pepper spray couldn't stop a fight between the Michigan and Ohio State football players, I'm a little skeptical it would deter a lunatic with an AR-15. ...and another thing: what effect would being accidentaly tasered have on a 7 yr old with a heart condition?
That darn Xfinity...
Feel assured stockholders, Cavanagh is taking on the major problems facing Xfinity! "One is price transparency..." They addressed transparency by rolling all of their fees into a single total, so the make-believe fees are hidden (including $29 for a sports package that doesn't include the ChiSox, Bulls or Blackhawks). Pretty great, right? "Make our price-to-value proposition clearer." So, they hiked rates +10% without improving a thing. Yes! Price-to-value is MUCH clearer, the value proposition is worse, but clearer.
