And your view isn't simplistic??? What happens when Home Depot does something to upset you? Will you go back to Lowe's??? Try to find someplace else? Nowhere did you say you gave them a chance to correct the problem. Did you even talk to someone about fixing this????
"Customers" are trying to scam and steal from all businesses. They don't care about the people who work there and think that they are stupid and won't catch them.
