  GoodBye incandescent lamp ?

  There are cases when incandescent lamp can't be replaced with fluorescent bulb. It is even writen in "user manual" of fluorescent bulb.
  
  1) Then your equipment does not supplies stable voltage: e.g. "gradient swiches".
  2) "Do not use fluorescent bulb in emergency equipment" (Why?)
  3) It is not recommended to use them where it is "frequently" switched.
  4) Not all popular shapes are available (especially small one)
  5) Very shor range of power: 10W up to 25W - 85W (very bulky) not usable for small powerfull lighting equipment (e.g. Professional movie making, photography lighting equipment )
  6) Slow "startup" sometimes

  7) Each BAN creates base for "black" economy (France, UK, Lithuania will start to export more incandescent lamps to Ireland :) ).
  
  So fluorescent bulb is not Silver Bullet - in some (maybe most) cases it can replace incandescent lamps, but still there are cases when it can't.
  
  May be LED has wider range of usability but also not 100% and costly.

  Similar situation happend in lithuania last year. House of one person was raided because of comments writen in one of news portal. Later police found out that it was using wrong IP address...

  What is next ?

  Next logical steps are:
  Forbid Record button... hmmm, ban VHS and similar media recorders.
  Even dictophone appears in grey area of legality as well as proxy server or cache.
  
  Should MS Windows still be legal in germany if it allows Copy/Paste ?

  Is it possible trick patenting system to approve patent for: patenting, patent or ways to use patent ?

  Sueing somebody for idiotic reason draws attention to... e.g. original clip.

  What to sue ?

  If we would name AOL as one of Resources that allows to view copyrighed media,
  then we can sue any WebBrowser or MediaPlayer maker (why they allow smbd. to view copyrighted content).
  Same logic can go to sue ISP (allow to download),
  sue HDD makers (allows to store),
  Video Card and Display makers (they actualy shows content)
