  WHO here understands HOW USA regulations are..and ARE MADE? How many holes can you add to a regulation?? Lead/copper Pipe restrictions were Added, and there are So many Holes.. Started 1991.   This has been a long time coming. The Poison ban started in 1978. And everything passed that Time is a BLUR. 45 years of this and they STILL have not gotten RID of the lead. Its a minor Test to do and in most cases, replacing the OLD LEAD PIPES would have been Easy back in the 80's. But, between the Fed, the State and City..it Gets passed over, and OVER and OVER. OH I forgot to say...LEAD LINED SEWER PIPES...WONDERFUL THINGS..
