  "Cure"??? Medics don't cure, they aid and abet the body so it can wipe out/heal the issue or simply remove a problem surgically/chemically.

  I think it means that the PROTECT ip plan would protect those using malware as a business model as well. Remove a virus that is part of someones source of revenue, and they can sue you.

  Remember when Libraries used to have old magazines and newspapers on microfilm/microfiche? That didn't kill off newspapers either.
  I would like to see some numbers on this mysterious market that the google archive would be supposedly killing.
