  In two weeks, Google will receive a demand to delist radiohead.bandcamp.com from the MPAA on the grounds that it's distributing copyrighted material. That is actually a very good point. Radiohead may not own the tracks they posted. Some or all of it undoubtedly is owned by their label.

  Uneven enforcement is a problem when you have such a large pool of users and moderators. Impossible to train 1000 moderators from across the globe and expect them to all have the same opinion on what is offensive.

  Sounds like La Liga had their lawyers look over the law and followed it. The enforcement arm said they couldn't have avoided all this if they'd have followed it correctly.

  So what's worse - the fact that they are being fined for following the GDPR because no one agrees on how it works, or that this sort of snooping is clearly allowed under GDPR if you have the right disclaimer on your app?
