  Not stealing shit

  The Netflix TOS says you can have 1, 2 or 4 streams to different devices. Depending on your plan.

  Obviously users aren't violating the Netflix TOS as long as they stay within those limits. (And Netflix will notice and block you if you go over.)

  So this is all about big media monopolies crying because they want Netflix to change their ways and pay more money.

  I can see why the 2nd comment by OP was muted, but why the first one? Once you start multi-posting, the community generally sees this as spamming the board. Blue Balls (The OP) know this, but will often post two or more times to "Make his point" and people are generally quick to downvote his nonsense. Because if you make 50 posts of utter nonsense who cares that one of them might have a valid point?

  The thing going on with these is "Brigading." Where an small army (large minority?) of asshats all get together and submit (fake) complaints.

  The algorithm automatically trips since 10, 20, or 50 flags have been tripped.

  Blue Balls tries to do this at TD, but withought backing the effort fails mo matter how many posts they make.

  On Twitch, this takes down the targets and causes serious problems.

  But who is to blame - Twitch, or the "Brigade" of Trolls?

  I don't think it's a tough call at all for such a story to be memory-holed from a newspaper's website I think that wouldn't be holding the cops accountable. Sounds like a bad idea.

  He's more than welcome to pick a screen name and register IMHO. I'm fairly sure that most of his posting problems are due to his attempts to remain anonymous combined with obnoxious titles, content and names slamming up against the spam filters. Filters he claims are a horrible violation of his "rights" under Cabbage Law. Honestly, if he'd just buck up set his own blog he'd understand the issues he bitches about better. We could see if he'd last two days without blocking my screen name.
