who exactly appointed you to decide which rights were fundamental? So which rights are fundamental?
The eternal pity cry of anti-government "No censorship except Copyright - we love giving corporations money!"
There goes one of your frequent assertions Please cite the "frequent" assertion you mean? And by "Government" are you suggesting the US Government should toss out the first amendment and tell Google what to say? Do you hate free speech so much you'd let government toadies censor you?
You can always tell someone has something important to say when they make 3 posts in a row.
We the People don't like Copyright, therefore it has no basis under Cabbage Law!
In fairness, we expect pro-Trump people to make money off their propaganda And we expect them to have all their Merch made in China!
So far people have gotten "NO PLATE" and "NULL" thru the DMV, resulting in a flood of false parking tickets as they get the mailing for every car without a plate. :)
He already beat you to it, fam. I was actually hoping the OP was a different troll than Blue Balls. Yeah, I know it's silly.
That defense is "Copyright." You don't own games anymore than you can own movies or books. Steam claims a limited-use contract. You don't purchase a game, you purchase a non-transferable license to use a game within the restrictions laid down by the IP owner. You can't transfer or sell a game for the same reason you can't re-sell your iTunes music. This decision, if upheld, would mean you own your games, your music, your movies, and even the DLC you purchased. You could sell that neat dance move you bought for Fortnite. So obviously it will overturned. Aside from what Steam wants, this runs counter to what Hollywood wats.
Drones, the new sneakernet. Munroe at XKCD has done an excellent job explaining how sneakernet capacity far exceeds that of traditional broadband. Even carried by butterflies! :)
Navalny is of course a Western So wait, Blue Balls is against the West, pro-Russia, a self-admitted hater of Jews, and openly wants to attack anyone fighting for free speech? But the first time the "right" of copyright comes up, He's willing to assign it to Corporations?
Meh, Elliptical just doesn't seem like a very good choice of words. I guess maybe it fits what he is trying to say but it isn't something you'd expect to hear even as an idiom.
Is he trying to say "Circular Argument?" Or maybe "Tangential?" "Convoluted?" Maybe "Sinusoidal." So many synonyms to choose from.
Blue Balls does try to take shots at others grammar but he refuses to use a dictionary.
-If I say his name in front of a mirror 5 times, will he appear and shout "COMMON LAW!!" at me?_ Funny thing - That is actually how you make Blue Balls go away. One mention of Common Law and he runs with his tail between his legs.
Don't summon him! He's busy updating the TOS for his kewl website.
Or is this just your elliptical shot at copyright / patents. I don't think this means what you think it means: (of speech or writing) using or involving ellipsis So It's Ok to copy a movie but not a shoe? And are you basing this on "Ok under the law." "Ok by the rules of commen decency." or "Ok by my perosnal feelings?" I spend all days "copying" digital files. It's a rather important part of my job, BTW. So if it is never Ok to copy a digital file I think you need to re-evaluate your use of the engrlish language mate!!
Just out of curiosity, what does ECA stand for? "English is my second language" I think.
So what are the Terms of Service in Your much better website? how do You personally handle the moderation there mate?
And that's why Imaginary Property is theft. The copyright "owners" can decide that you aren't using it right and cut you off - even if you paid for it.
Right of Resale is rather important. As much as I love my Steam account, it's about time a court stands up for Private rather than Corporate ownership.
Re: Re: Trollshit
and at me you start howling that I'm for censorship by copyright Because you are pro-censorship. And Pro-Corporation. Two things that most here in the TD comment section find abhorrent.
