  it's ridiculous to think that anyone viewing the site would actually think that it's an official TWC site (the guys on the street may be a different story...).
  
  If they had time to stop and chat, they certainly weren't in a hurry.

  Found the source of the Thirty Percent Rule. Apparently if you hit 30%, your chances of success jump to 90%.

  The DUO is still only about 1/3 of the way to its target, but with nearly a month left, it seems like it will probably get there.
  
  There's apparently a Kickstarter rule of thumb that if your project hits 30%, it will most likely get funded.

  They'd have to incentivize their delivery customers somehow, possibly with money or other benefits. Also, they'll want to provide distinguishing outfits so the receiving customers will recognize them as legitimate.
  
  At some point it just becomes easier just to hire some delivery guys.
