    So Mitt's never worked, your own statement gives lie to that, if he pays income tax he has worked, no lived off "daddy's" money.

    Income tax is only one of many taxes, the combine total is what we need to look at. But then you want to come in and say "he didn't pay enough income tax", Really, what about the other taxes he paid you did not? Capital Gains tax? Corporate Tax (highest in the world, right here in the United Statsians)

    So take the miss-direction and shovel it. I don't like Mitt but i don't like him based on actual facts not the drivel retards like to spew with no understanding of the facts and spewing political talking points.

    Tax code is screwed, and the faster we abolish it and re-design it the better.

    Last Time I checked the USTR works for the Executive Branch, under the State Department, and as the USTR is a normally very visible, to the public and other nations, their activities are at least, part of a weekly briefing to the President (some times daily).... at least that was the report from his CHIEF OF STAFF... just like Eric Holder i guess... when people like what they do they take credit, but if its bad is "Republican-style evil" and their not responsible...

    Nice double standard ya have there, can the rest of us try it on? or is it just for the blind sheeple such as your self?

    Thank you for the proof... When Mike started talking about SOPA/PIPA; Shills and Trolls came from everywhere and said STOP... its done, your wrong... and every other way they could think of to try and steer that boat away, and it proved that they where scared of the internet finding out what crap was going on.

    Now ACTA has hit the Internet Radar, people are asking questions and pushing buttons... and sure enough here comes a another one... attacking credentials and trying to steer the conversation away from the points... IT PROVES that they don't want the internet weighing in again and bringing this to the light of day (especially in an Election year?)

    The Points:
    Copyright is a Congressional Power
    Treaties must be ratified by the Senate.
    The President/Executive/USTR may craft Executive agreements, but they must be constrained by the following:
    It can not cover something that the Executive Branch has no power over (AKA Copyright/Patents/IP)
    It can not change existing the laws or Constitution.

    Your problem is the instant 20% lead both parties get on an independent. That is the first huddle. Also most PAC's and organizations that are seen as a potential source of funding, generally will not even meet with an Independent until they can show poll results of them being ahead or very very close.. And the polls cost about 10K for a House seat (small district) and up to 500K for a medium state.

    I dislike "party" politics but the system is so tilted toward them at this point breaking in a 3rd or independent party is difficult at best.

Over and over they said DON'T FIGHT YOU CANT WIN! we have already kicked your technology loving / thief / pirate ass's off the interwebs... DON'T TRY AND FIGHT... Now that the USS SOPA/PIPA ship is being torpedoed and cruising head long into the iceberg.. where are they, the ones with the PROOF Mike, and all the rest of us are EVIL Pirates...

    What times we live in.... I have to agree with Nancy and Al on an issue... But i guess it does show no matter the person or position, some common ground always exists...

    Now if we could just get people to actually speak about issues and look for common ground, we might actually get some where (even if its not ideal for both side, it will be far from the worst outcome).

    As some one who has run for election, I look forward to seeing how this plays out (and if it can help at the ballot box).
    It would be a nice change to have a group like this backing a campaign. Better than the sweaty bankers, and "special" interest people that show up and waive money in the air (and if you don't jump they get offended, tell their people your the anti-christ) because you wont sell out your soul for their "donation".
