Remedial email security classes for everyone in government! Learn how not to be duped.
" The DOJ recommended officers work on their de-escalation tactics, as well as partake in training meant to steer officers away from viewing anything strange (medical conditions, mental health issues, drug impairment, behavioral crises) as something to be shot at or beaten." Sorry but you can't fix a personality problem (fundamental character flaw) by throwing 'training' at it. There are just some people who should never ever have the sort of power a police officer has and their attitude can't be fixed with some training. Those who sued... well they probably be the first to be removed from police work.
This will only bring back the plain brown envelopes in the Mail and at the same time help the USPS pay their bills.
Sigh. It's gotten to the point where it's a better idea to program, live, and host your software in a place other than the USA, where the DMCA doesn't apply. Although the MPAA still went after DeCSS Jon who lived in Europe.
But Mommie he started it! WahWah! Wahhh! How childish.
Google has already done so.... It's called Chromecast.
Now I eagerly don't await the day that Google (youtube) insists that I use Chrome instead of Firefox..
That's good to know. When we clearly smell a judge who is sitting there in his back robe farting out his ridiculous rulings, sniffing it up (Ah! I smell great), while everyone else is being asphyxiated. Giltrap fancies himself a smart feller but he's actually a fart smeller.
That should be Natural Sapphire Company.
People will always find a way to rout around the blocks.
Like downloading the whole mp4 file from Youtube and then using some other program to extract just the wanted audio portion.
I face the problems that caused by ridiculously long copyrights every day. This is genealogical research. Whenever I need to find an obituary it's generally only available on a microfilm copy that's held in a reach library located hundreds of miles away or in original paper form sitting in a humid warehouse somewhere moldering into dust. In a world with reasonable copyright lengths these old newspapers would be digitized and on the Internet. History will be permanently lost when those documents are gone.
That was the point I was about to make. What is the difference between broadcast radios stations playing music and internet radio stations playing music.... I really can't find a difference.
Change out a DLL files and minor registry tweak and those limits were removed. Ditto for the simultaneous RDP session limits imposed in XP pro, and not present in Server 2003.
Trained SD-card sniffer dogs. That would sure open a whole can of worms right there......
How timely is it that Microsoft was mentioned as they have decided to remove functionally from on of their products.

Much like if Car Company-X decided to remove power windows from their XLT model, going forward it's only avalible on their XLS model, and when you took your XLT into the dealership to have minor service done you power windows had been downgraded to manually operated.
WPBF asserts that this is the face of the person who did this.

When they came to take away the 1st, well
When they came to take away the 2nd, well
When they came to take away the 3rd, well.
When they came to take away the 4th, well..
When they came to take away the 5th, well...
etc..
Don't complain when it eventually affects you personally because by then it's way too late to complain.
Defend the whole kit and kaboodle.. zealously!
Actually I DO think his post was about priority, He used the word 'priorities' and had the greater than sign for the 1st amendment. That is, to him, the 1st had priority over the 2nd.
Me personally I think they are all equally important. I can't think of any single amendment that I could point to and then grudgingly admit I could do without.
Thanks for the reminder. I had seen this back in early April.
If you are using Firefox then learn about ABOUT:CONFIG and the punycode toggle.
Re: Took you four days to even report on "cracked in a matter of hours"!
It's takes a little time if you are somewhere between 3rd and 5th place in the re-blog food-chain.
