Sorry but you can't fix a personality problem (fundamental character flaw) by throwing 'training' at it. There are just some people who should never ever have the sort of power a police officer has and their attitude can't be fixed with some training. Those who sued... well they probably be the first to be removed from police work.

  Like downloading the whole mp4 file from Youtube and then using some other program to extract just the wanted audio portion.

  I face the problems that caused by ridiculously long copyrights every day. This is genealogical research. Whenever I need to find an obituary it's generally only available on a microfilm copy that's held in a reach library located hundreds of miles away or in original paper form sitting in a humid warehouse somewhere moldering into dust. In a world with reasonable copyright lengths these old newspapers would be digitized and on the Internet. History will be permanently lost when those documents are gone.

  That was the point I was about to make. What is the difference between broadcast radios stations playing music and internet radio stations playing music.... I really can't find a difference.

  Change out a DLL files and minor registry tweak and those limits were removed. Ditto for the simultaneous RDP session limits imposed in XP pro, and not present in Server 2003.

  Actually I DO think his post was about priority, He used the word 'priorities' and had the greater than sign for the 1st amendment. That is, to him, the 1st had priority over the 2nd.
  
  Me personally I think they are all equally important. I can't think of any single amendment that I could point to and then grudgingly admit I could do without.
