Really the only info not readily available in the leak was the DL numbers and Last-4-SSN. Everything else is sold on CD-ROM for the whole state of IL for just $500.00 .. or $100.00 for Cook County only. There's also a ton other other online sources, for free or small fee, where such info is available.
Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA).. A faceless agency. It's a shame that bloggers/newspapers/etc can't name the people behind the agencies when they write their blog/article. These agencies are populated by by humans, be they twits, idiots, or fools, but it's important to give them names so the public can know just who they are.
"..arguing that the company's order submission process doesn't technically create a binding contract with its customers.."
That should be easy to prove or disprove. Let someone place an order and then try and cancel shortly afterwards. Surly Comcast then argue that the contract has been made, was made when the submit button was pressed, and that any attempt to backout will result in customer's credit rating being dinged and bills sent to a collection agency.
Who wants to takes on the probability that the psychiatrist lives in the attorneys basement..... and is his half-brother.
A 30 second buffer seems rather short. Is this something that LEO's can choose/configure when the device is issued? Seems to me that a longer buffer should be available and used..
Note: It's not possible to dig all the way to the other side of the planet for your escape route.
Big yellow rubber duckies everywhere.
This is nothing new for the NCAA. A few yrs back the NCAA tried to ban all 'disparaging' names/references to protected ethnic groups. The one sports team the NCAA tried to pic on was Seminoles.. But that backfired when the Seminole Tribe of Florida told the NCAA to STFU and that the Tallahassee team had their permission and endorsement to use the name. Were quite quite proud of it in fact.
Their adversity is entertaining. That's all. Who wins of loses really doesn't matter. It's fun to watch them bicker, cause it couldn't of happened to a more deserving group of people.
Elvis Juice? Just yuck man! That conjures up images where someone has placed a spigot tap on his coffin. Not something to want to call a beverage ever.
Bigger issue it that there is another career congress-critter that been there decades! Since Feb 1996 actually. Ron.. you have over stayed your welcome, you have over stayed your usefulness.
What if reasonable copyright terms.... Like 25 years or less. No renewals.
This is only about half the story.

I always to extreme exception with that MPAA/RIAA/etc expected disconnection just upon their say-so (accusation).
Settlements by the weak just make it that much harder for those who choose to fight later on. The cowards way out.
Laughable or pathetic, not sure which. To laugh are everyone who thinks the world revolves around spectator sports or to shake my head at the pathetic fools. Panem et circenses.
Anyone who does even a little research on just how goofy this Sheila Jackson Lee person really is will then understand why she suggested this absurd law. Headline should of been: Goofball person wants goofball law.

Re: First Amendment > Second Amendment?
So by that odd logic or yours the 13th Amendment(ending slavery) has really low priority indeed. Thanks.
