My experience with Techdirt's "awesome" Cwf+RtB: I subscribed for watercooler. I never received access to the discord server. And now I can't find a way to unsubscribe and my credit card keeps getting declined transactions (good thing it's pre-paid and I keep it at $0 balance).
Yes, I contacted support multiple times and I never received any response. I also checked my spam folder. Also the fact that "support" is a fire-and-forget HTML form is not a good sign.
Ok, but how do I cancel my Techdirt Watercooler subscription? I subscribed but I can't even join the Discord. I tried the Contact Us form multiple times but I received no reply. And now there's no way to cancel my subscription??
It seems the Copia website has removed the list of sponsors. One of these sponsors was Andreesen Horowitz (I saw it with my own eyes less than two weeks ago). Does this reflect any recent changes or is it just removing old information?

The only thing I can add is that I use a custom domain for my email and my email provider is Migadu.
