More on Cell Phone Etiquette

San Diego is having cell phone courtesy week. I guess that’s one way to encourage people to be more careful about how they use their cell phones, but I doubt it will do very much. I do, however, find the phrase: “rogue cell phone users” fairly amusing. It makes them sound like they’re a part of some crazy gang.
