Online Shoppers Less Loyal

from the pushing-your-customers-away dept

A new study is suggesting that companies that push their customers online will find those same customers less loyal. I’m not sure that this will remain true, however. I think part of it is simply the rush to get online and the number of sites that have done an exceptionally poor job of that. However, I also think that it makes a lot of sense that initially there is less loyalty online. However, as online services mature, I think customers will feel comfortable with specific brands they are used to.
