China's new law
This is brilliant! This is exactly the kind of thing Western governments need to do to combat misinformation and disinformation online. Instead of all these censorious “age verification” laws that the West keeps implementing in order to control the flow of information, make sure people putting out critical information actually know what they are talking about. This is democracy in action!
